Saga Fotografica - Photo History Museum, a photography history museum located at Vetrarbraut 17 in Siglufjörður, was established in 2013 by Baldvin Einarsson and Ingibjörg Sigurjónsdóttir. The museum houses a diverse collection of cameras and related items, including approximately 500 film cameras, one of which is a primitive box camera dating back to the late 19th century.
On the museum's upper floor, photography exhibitions are regularly held, showcasing works by various photographers. The museum is open daily from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and admission is free during the summer.
